Delete your ePahichan account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web. It cannot be undone.

In the app or on the web

1. Open the ePahichan app, or sign in at app.epahichan.com.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Enter your password and confirm.

If you are the only owner of an organization that has other members, make someone else an owner first.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: your phone number, password and every device signed in.
• Your email address, contacts, devices, templates and the signed copies you kept.
• Your documents. A signed document that another person in the same envelope also holds stays with them.
• Envelopes still in progress: the ones you sent are withdrawn, and the ones waiting for your signature are declined.
• Your membership of organizations. An organization with nobody else in it is deleted.

What is kept

• Your certificate and the records of your identity check are kept by Radiant, the certifying authority, for as long as the law requires. To stop using your certificate, revoke it under Certificates before you delete your account.
• Documents you signed that other people hold stay with them.
• A record that an account was deleted, without your personal details.
• Copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Without the app

Write to info@ninjainfosys.com from the phone number or email address registered to your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
